Is traveling part of the internship program?

No. Welcome Intern is a 100% Virtual Career Accelerator. Our programs are designed to equip you for a borderless and remote Future of Work, allowing you to gain global experience and collaborate with international mentors entirely from your own location.

  • Virtual Accessibility: Because our transformation pathways are fully digital, no travel is required or included as part of the program.

  • Independent Travel Policy: Travel related to the internship is strictly prohibited. If a participant chooses to travel independently during the program period, Welcome Intern holds no responsibility for any issues, incidents, or disruptions that may occur.

  • Compliance: We encourage all participants to review our Terms and Conditions and Code of Conduct for full details regarding our remote-first policies.

What is the refund policy if I need to withdraw?

We offer a "Peace of Mind" withdrawal window to ensure you are confident in your transformation journey.

  • Eligibility: If you choose to withdraw within one week (7 days) of your enrollment date, you are eligible for a refund, minus a nominal administrative and processing fee.

  • Processing Time: Once your withdrawal request is approved, refunds are typically processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Post-Window Policy: Please note that once the one-week window has passed or the program has officially commenced, fees become non-refundable as your seat and mentorship resources have already been allocated.

Can I change my internship program after enrollment?
