  1. Introduction

At Welcome Intern, we are committed to helping students gain valuable professional experience and career development opportunities. We want you to enroll with confidence, which is why we offer a voluntary 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee subject to the terms outlined below.

 

  1. Scope of the Guarantee

If you determine that the program is not the right fit for your goals, you may request refund and receive a 100% refund of your enrollment fee, provided that your refund request is submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of your enrollment date and time (“Guarantee Period”).

This guarantee applies only to a student’s first enrollment in a Welcome Intern program.

 

  1. Governing Law and International Compliance

Welcome Intern Pte. Ltd. is incorporated and operates under the laws of Singapore.

 

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA), where applicable.

For students residing outside Singapore, this 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee is offered as a voluntary commercial guarantee. Nothing in this policy limits, excludes, or replaces any mandatory consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

 

This policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Where local consumer protection laws provide rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited, those rights will prevail to the extent required by law.

 

  1. Commencement of Services

By enrolling and accessing the student portal, onboarding materials, training content, career resources, or other program-related materials, you acknowledge and request that Welcome Intern begin providing program services immediately following enrollment.

 

  1. Refund Eligibility and Fair Use

Students who submit a valid refund request within the Guarantee Period are eligible for a 100% refund of their enrollment fee.

Accessing the student portal or reviewing introductory program materials alone does not affect eligibility under this guarantee.

However, Welcome Intern reserves the right to deny a refund request where the student has:

  • Downloaded, copied, distributed, shared, or otherwise extracted a substantial portion of proprietary program materials, templates, training content, assessment tools, guides, or other protected resources beyond what is reasonably necessary to evaluate the program;
  • Engaged in fraud, identity misrepresentation, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized distribution of program materials, or other misuse of the program; or
  • Previously enrolled in a Welcome Intern program and already received the benefit of this guarantee.

The burden of demonstrating such misuse shall rest with Welcome Intern, and any refund denial will be supported by reasonable evidence.

  1. One-Time Guarantee

The 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to a student’s first enrollment with Welcome Intern.

Students who have previously received a refund under this policy are not eligible to make additional refund claims under the guarantee for future enrollments.

  1. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, students must submit a cancellation request through the official Welcome Intern Contact Form available on the Welcome Intern website.

For accurate processing and verification, requests submitted through social media, messaging applications, email, or other unofficial channels may not be processed.

Your request must include:

  • Full name;
  • Enrollment email address;
  • Phone number;
  • Enrollment date;
  • Transaction or Order ID; and
  • Program name.

Providing feedback regarding your experience is optional but appreciated, as it helps us improve our programs and student experience.

Refund requests are considered received when successfully submitted and timestamped by Welcome Intern’s systems.

A confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the request will be sent to the email address provided during enrollment.

 

  1. Refund Deadline

To qualify under this guarantee, the refund request must be successfully submitted before the expiration of fourteen (14) calendar days from the student’s enrollment date and time.

Requests received after the Guarantee Period has expired will not qualify for a refund under this policy.

 

  1. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund requests are generally reviewed within seven (7) business days following receipt of all required information.

After approval, financial institutions and payment providers may require up to fourteen (14) additional business days to post the refund to the student’s account.

Welcome Intern is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, payment processors, or other financial institutions.

 

  1. International Transactions

Where payments are made in a currency different from the student’s local currency, the final refunded amount received may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations, foreign transaction fees, banking fees, or payment processor charges imposed by third parties.

Such charges are outside Welcome Intern’s control and are not refundable by Welcome Intern.

 

  1. Policy Updates

Welcome Intern reserves the right to update or modify this policy from time to time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not affect refund requests submitted before the revised policy becomes effective.
