We are seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial Regional Growth & Program Manager to lead regional market development, build strategic education and employer partnerships, and drive the successful growth and execution of Welcome Intern’s programs within an assigned territory.
Job Scope
End-to-End Program Coordination & Deliverables
Regional Market Growth
Lead the strategic growth of Welcome Intern within your assigned region by driving brand awareness, market expansion, and participant enrollment across our flagship career acceleration programs, including Executive Experience, Product Innovation, Problem-Solving, and other corporate initiatives.
University & Institutional Partnerships
Serve as Welcome Intern’s primary regional representative by establishing and strengthening relationships with universities, colleges, student organizations, career centers, faculty members, and academic stakeholders to expand institutional collaboration and program adoption.
Employer & Industry Partnerships
Develop strategic partnerships with employers, startups, SMEs, multinational corporations, professional associations, and industry leaders to create internship opportunities, industry projects, mentoring programs, executive talks, networking opportunities, and long-term talent development collaborations.
Program Development & Regional Execution
Coordinate and oversee the successful execution of regional initiatives, recruitment campaigns, institutional engagement activities, employer collaborations, and community outreach programs while ensuring alignment with Welcome Intern’s global standards and strategic objectives.
Regional Ecosystem Development
Build and nurture a sustainable regional ecosystem by connecting educational institutions, employers, alumni, mentors, industry professionals, and community organizations to create meaningful career acceleration opportunities and long-term regional impact.
Team Development (Growth Stage)
Initially operate as an independent regional leader responsible for delivering regional objectives. As your territory grows, you may be authorized to recruit, mentor, and lead a regional team of ambassadors, coordinators, or project contributors to support continued expansion.
Operational Boundaries & Compliance
Policy & Professional Compliance
Operate in full compliance with all applicable local laws, institutional policies, corporate codes of conduct, and ethical standards governing outreach, partnerships, recruitment, and digital engagement activities.
Independent Contractor Responsibilities
This is an independent contractor engagement. You are responsible for managing your own taxes, statutory obligations, insurance coverage, business expenses, and any applicable licensing requirements in your jurisdiction.
Travel & Personal Liability
Regional development activities may require domestic travel to universities, employers, conferences, networking events, and partner organizations. Contractors are responsible for arranging and maintaining their own travel, medical, and accident insurance. Welcome Intern Pte Ltd assumes no liability for travel arrangements, accidents, injuries, personal property loss, or other liabilities incurred during business-related activities.
Marketing & Brand Governance
All marketing materials, promotional campaigns, presentations, localized content, partnership announcements, and public communications must receive prior written approval from Welcome Intern before external publication. Only approved corporate branding, messaging, and marketing assets may be used.
Liability Limitations
Welcome Intern assumes no responsibility for unauthorized marketing activities, policy violations, contractual commitments made without authorization, or actions undertaken independently by contractors or individuals they recruit without prior corporate approval.

- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, program management, or market expansion.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities across academic, corporate, and professional communities.
- Experience executing digital marketing, community engagement, recruitment, or outreach campaigns.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of higher education, employability, workforce development, or career readiness ecosystems within the assigned region.
- Self-motivated, highly accountable, and results-oriented with minimal supervision.
Remuneration & Incentives
Performance-Based Compensation
This is a contract-based leadership opportunity with compensation structured around agreed performance milestones, regional growth achievements, partnership outcomes, and participant enrollment rather than fixed hourly or monthly payments.

Performance Incentives
