Program Coordinator – Job Scope
1. Program Planning & Coordination

Coordinate the planning and execution of program activities, workshops, training sessions, and events.

Maintain program schedules, timelines, and activity tracking to ensure milestones are achieved.

Support leadership in implementing program objectives and operational plans.

Ensure smooth day-to-day program operations.
2. Participant & Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate communication between students, mentors, universities, and partner organizations.

Manage onboarding and engagement of program participants.

Organize meetings, mentor sessions, and program-related activities.

Maintain strong relationships with program stakeholders.
3. Marketing & Outreach Support

Support marketing initiatives to promote programs across universities and digital platforms.

Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, and information sessions.
-
Coordinate with the marketing team to share program updates through social media, email campaigns, and student communities.
-
Collect participant testimonials, success stories, and program highlights for marketing materials.
4. Customer Relations & Support

Respond promptly to inquiries from students, mentors, and partner organizations through email, phone, or online platforms.

Provide clear and accurate information about programs, application processes, and schedules.
-
Assist participants during onboarding and throughout the program journey.

Address and resolve participant concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner.

Collect feedback from participants to improve program quality and customer experience.
5. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain program records, participant data, and activity documentation.

Track engagement metrics and program performance indicators.

Prepare basic reports and updates for management.
6. Technology & Platform Support

Assist in managing digital platforms used for program delivery such as LMS, webinar tools, and collaboration platforms.

Coordinate virtual sessions and online program activities.

Compensation

INR 15,000 per month

Performance-based bonus payable every 6 months based on contribution and program outcomes
